Founded in 2018 by Georgia Portogallo, a social media influencer and entrepreneur, Georgia’s aim was to create a community and support network for up and coming creators who were trying to get the break through into the industry. At aged 16, Georgia left college with no plan, no money, and no idea what she wanted to do, and had nothing but a DREAM. After months of hard work, Georgia had managed to grow her own social media following to around 20,000 followers, and at this time was receiving daily messages asking how she had grown, what she had done, and was being asked for advice from many of her followers on Instagram. Sat in her grandparents garage in Italy in August 2018, this is where Georgia had that business ‘light bulb moment’ and decided to create something that had never been done before, a guide to influencing e-book. This is where GPL was born. Georgia’s aim was to have a support system available for people wanting to become content creators and influencers. There was absolutely nothing on the market that helped, advised or guided anybody wanting to go down the social media route as their career. This is when our famous ‘Online Influencer Programme’ was written, an online step by step guide to becoming a succesful social media influencer. This product took over, and now to this day, 6 years later we have sold over 20,000 copies worldwide. Alongside our e-book, we wanted to make sure we provided FREE 1-1 help, support & guidance to anyone that invested into the business. We wanted to ensure we work along side the influencer for any help they need, and not only teach them all the tips and tricks they need to know with their social media, but also to help them secure brand deals, and learn how to monetise their platform and make an income.
